Goran studied economics. For 27 years he worked in private banking for Swiss and international private clients. As a private banker, he looked after wealthy clients in the area of asset management. At the same time, he held various management positions in banks: from head of department, head of international clients, head of a bank branch to member of the operational management of a Swiss private bank.
The founding of Impact Partners was the fulfilment of a long-standing dream. He now uses his passion for philanthropy for his clients from the NPO sector, private companies and banks.
Bettina strengthens the Impact Partners team on project basis with her experience from large and SME organisations in leading positions. With her background in private banking, SMEs and start-ups, she understands the parties involved in a fundraising process and the associated conceptual challenges.
She completed her studies in business administration and economics at the University of Basel with a dissertation. Her further training was always "on-the-job", where she was able to apply what she had learnt immediately.
Serge has worked in dramaturgy, public relations and sponsorship for various cultural institutions in German-speaking countries. He launched numerous fundraising campaigns for artistic projects and worked for the Canton of Basel-Stadt in cultural promotion. He completed his doctorate at the University of St.Gallen (HSG) in 2018 in the "Organisation and Culture" programme on leadership models in the postmodern era.
Franziska is a trained businesswoman and has completed further training as an online marketing manager. She works as a freelance online marketing consultant for companies. She knows how to be found online and how to turn interested parties into customers.
She previously worked in communications for a renowned company in Basel for almost 8 years.
Andrin earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and English from the University of Basel and has been working as a Project Manager in Partnerships & Philanthropy at Impact Partners since November 2024. Drawing on his experience in the NGO sector, he brings a valuable perspective on the unique challenges faced by NPOs. In the fall of 2025, Andrin will begin pursuing a Master’s degree in Linguistics.
Janine graduated from the University of Zurich with a Bachelor of Arts in French Linguistics and Literature, with a minor in Journalism and Communication Studies. She began her career in online marketing during an internship in 2017 and has been working as an online marketing manager ever since, with a focus on philanthropy since 2021. She supports Impact Partners' online marketing activities.
Dr Kathrin Amacker, (President of the Fairtrade Max Havelaar Foundation), David Loew, (CEO of the Ipsen Group) and Dr Marek Skreta, (CIO of the R2G Family Office), form our Advisory Council. The committee advises Impact Partners on strategic matters and provides support in the areas of corporate philanthropy and major donor fundraising in particular.
Kathrin Amacker has been President of the Fairtrade Max Havelaar Switzerland Foundation since 2022. She is also a member of the Basel University Council, on the Board of Trustees of the Merian Iselin Clinic and President of Regio Basiliensis. Kathrin Amacker was previously politically active for many years, including as a member of the Executive Committee of Die Mitte Schweiz and as a National Councillor and member of the Foreign Policy Committee. She was a member of the Group Executive Board of SBB and Swisscom for over ten years. With a doctorate in pharmacy, Kathrin Amacker previously held management positions in production, development and human resources at Novartis for 20 years.
Marek Skreta studied economics in Basel and St. Gallen. Marek Skreta completed his studies in International Relations at the University of St. Gallen HSG and obtained his doctorate as Dr. rer. publ. HSG, with a stay as a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University. Marek Skreta later moved into the financial sector. He initially worked at Europa Capital Management in Prague and at Boston Venture in the US and Prague. This was followed by a move into private banking. Marek Skreta worked as a client advisor at Credit Suisse and as a Managing Director at UBS. Five years ago, Marek Skreta took the step into self-employment and co-founded a family office in Prague and an associated asset manager in Zurich.
David Loew has been CEO of Ipsen, a French pharmaceutical company with around 5,700 employees, since 2020. He has almost 30 years of management experience in pharmaceutical therapeutic areas and in the field of consumer healthcare. David Loew has worked in a wide range of international markets. His career began at Coopers & Lybrand and Hewlett Packard, followed by senior positions at Roche. He then worked as Senior Vice President at the pharmaceutical company Sanofi and three years later was appointed CEO of Sanofi Pasteur Vaccines. David Loew is also a member of several boards of pharmaceutical industry associations. He studied Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen HSG.
